Ordering information

Ordering from Shadeyside Farms is currently being handled via telephone or direct contact only, but a shopping cart is being implemented shortly. Once complete, you might find the following information helpful.

Ordering is done by using the add to cart function from each product page. Simply use the options found by each item to choose colors and quantity, and then use the "add to cart" button. Simple! We will keep track of your items while you're on the site, and when you're ready to check out, you will be able to find the "view cart" link in the upper left corner of every page. This will take you directly to your cart, where you can add or remove, change quantities or complete your purchase.

Is it safe?
Your information is completely safe with us. We secure the connection during the payment process using 128 bit SSL encryption, and after you complete the forms, we then encrypt the results so no one can read it but us. At no time is your personal or credit card information exposed to outside parties.

What do you do with my information? Will I get advertising messages?
We don't use your information for anything other than your order. We don't share or sell your email address or any of your personal information. The only time you wil be contacted is about your order, if you ask to be on a newsletter (a possible future offering here) mailing list, or if you ask to be contacted.
